Good food, delivered still warm, delicious, got more than expected but that’s a good thing

Ordered 1/4 pounder, got 1/4 pounder with cheese!! Fish was very nice as usual. Chips were not good had seen better days Overall disappointed First bad experience so won't let it put us off

I never have anything to complain about here. The staff are always lovely. I order online and collect in the shop. My order is always 100% accurate.

Meal was delivered quickly (earlier than app predicted), food was delicious, portions were generous (fish was huge), price for five suppers and delivery was fair. We would definitely use them again!

Greasy food . 1.5hr delivery time . Not great

took 2 hours and a phone call before it was delivered, and they missed part of the order, had to phone again to get it sent out

Wish i hadn’t requested tomato sauce as it smothered the chips, would have preferred a bottle of good quality ketchup separately. Otherwise great and plenty of quality fish

Batter on the haggis was a bit soft for my liking, though the taste and the chips were great. Would definitely order again

Been ordering for last few months as food is normally good. But ordered food to be collected and wife had to wait twenty mins after ordering online, with a collection time. Then to be charged 10p for a carrier bag, you never get. Poor show!

Food was was supposed to come at 9.30. it arrived at 11pm. It was cold. I tried to call but no answer.. pizza was not only cold, it was burnt plus no salt or vinegar. I would like my money back please.

Would have been good if they had contacted me about the fact they only had one driver. I ordered the meal at 6pm, after two phone calls to Paul's my meal was delivered at 7-40pm.

Never received order. Tried to phone 5 times but no answer.

Despite ordering online, when my wife went to collect, she was asked if we had placed the order or not. It turned out, the till had printed the order, but this was ignored until my wife went to collect. I will not use the online service again in future.
