The issue is delivery time I ordered for 5:30 it was delivered at 4:30! Seriously way too early and it happens a lot. Very annoying

Food was high quality as usual, ordered for 6pm, staff didn't have order so had to show email and confirm order was made, paid for. Staff found order and I received my order after 25 mins.

I had breaded fish I couldn't eat it it was burnt round the edges

Meal was good but delivery time was 17 00 didn't arrive till 17 20 paid for bag which was not there delivery driver pleasant

My spicy haggis pudding and white pudding were overdone and very dry. I'm very disappointed with my meal. I will use another chippy from now on

I was very disappointed with my meal tonight. I am a regular customer and always order the Icelandic Boneless Fish Supper and tonight one of the pieces of fish had three large bones in it so I did not eat the other one. I am rather annoyed that I more or less paid £9.20 for a bag of chips. I have kept the bones in case you need the evidence. I look forward to hearing from you.
