Excellent service although I had a delivery. Food is really tasty. And app works really well so recommend to anyone.

From ordering to receiving took 1hr which was 20 minuets late it shouldn't take that long

Delivery forecast of 5.50 p.m hopelessly optimistic, delivery effected 6.30 pm after delivery driver 'phoned to say no answer from my door (knocked 3 x times). However, driver then drove to my door to make delivery so don't know where he had been meantime. Food OK but not as hot/fresh as it should have been.

Arrived over an hour late, 2.5 hours after I ordered. When it did arrive food was cold, and the chips were just a congealed, cold, inedible mess. Straight in the bucket. I managed to eat the black pudding but the hamburger was also cold, greasy, and inedible, soI paid the whole amount for a lukewarm black pudding. I did not even get the courtesy of an apology. I will never spend money here again and advise others to avoid it! An utter disgrace

Tonight I ordered Icelandic fish supper, picking it up at 5pm. When I got home, a 5 min drive, I found the batteres fish to be smaller and the batter soggy! The price I paid has increased drastically, a service tip and a bag charge ( which I didn’t get) You seriously need to review charges and costs as it’s becoming astronomical to. People

It didn't arrive. Person on the phone wasn't interested.

The online app is saying that the food has been delivered however the food has not come and it has now be nearly 2 hours since I put in my order. I have not paid yet so I am just going to reorder soon if the food doesn’t come in the next few minutes.

Chippy box with curry sauce, not much chips and no curry sauce

I have used the shop before and enjoy thier products, however this was the first time I have used the delivery system, ordering was very easy, an initial time of arrival was given on ordering and the delivery cost was clearly shown, when the order was confirmed at time was given for the delivery, the order arrived within the timescale. The food was hot when delivered and the delivery driver was very pleasant.

Bit disappointed as fish was like it was sitting from yesterday as shop just opened at 4.30 I had delivery 5.20 not fresh and chips were not fully cooked portion small amount… don’t know who cooking but definitely not the Standard we have had before..

Ordered a portion of macaroni cheese for my two kids to share. There was two table spoons of macaroni in the portion delivered to us. Definitely not worth £4.50. Very disappointing as this is the only macaroni my son will eat.

Excellent again. Haven't been disappointed with anything I've ordered on a few occasions now. Great food and great value. Highly recommended

Took almost 3hrs to arrive, notified delivered after an hr and a half at that point I tried to call the shop multiple times with no response. Decided to just make something to eat at home after 2½ hrs then my warm food arrives not long after, which I then cldnt eat. Mealworm was responsive but also cldnt get an answer from the shop. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Food great delivery 20min late would expect it to be no more than 15mim late when it was ordered a good bit before

On this occasion my food was just warm and l only received half of my order so the driver had to go back to the shop for the rest of it ,hopefully next time l order food thing's will be different.

Ordered for collection, turned up to collect and they hadn't even started making it. Ordered a chicken breast but got 2 very spicy cflat breaded chicken.

Food arrived 80 minutes after order. Lukewarm. Paper was soaked in grease. Fish batter was mushy and chips greasy. Really disappointed

Food was good although chips were quite cold and too many chips I’m only one person lol. Otherwise no problems had a few deliveries from you and no complaints

The food l received was very good and the quality and quantity was enough l will definitely be using this chipshop again as delivery was speedy as well.
