The ‘Icelandic haddock’ was awful. Rubbery and tasteless. Went straight in the bin. I’m shocked that you actually charge more for this. It was a waste of money.

We use Paul's fish and chip bar alot, and it's usually very good but today it wasn't up to it's usual standard, it also took along time to arrive and it was cold so we were very disappointed.

Gave my name at counter for collection. Waited 15mins after my collection time asked another member of staff if my collection was ready, I got a snippy response about I should state my name on entry. Told them I had and one of the fry men handed over my ready bundled supper.

Very disappointed took 2 hours to arrive even when the website stated 40 mins. Meal was cold first time ordering and will be the last.

Great Food.

Kebeb had hardly any salad in it there was hardly any sauce too , chips amd kebab meat were cold kebab portion was tiny compared to other places ordered from. Pizza's were ok

Food was amazing and fresh when it arrived. Only issue was that it took 1 hour 40 mins to get here, however it’s understandable they were busy on a Saturday night. Would definitely recommend though

Food was great, arrived hot and tasted very nice. Delivery was good but lower score as the estimated time for delivery was 45 mins from the order and was then 25 minutes later than that

You need to think more about the space in a chippy box, so much fritters and chips in it that the fish on the bottom had disintegrated and was just mush

Usually we order from Paul’s & don’t change the order very often Pizza was drowned in tomato sauce that the batter basically fell off, fritters were soggy over crispy and fresh, seems to also be a change in the curry sauce used or maybe just tasted different tonight. Unfortunately wasn’t that impressed by food tonight, despite living a couple mins from shop still took an hour for food to arrive which I wouldn’t have minded should the food have been hot and fresh instead did not seem that way unfortunately

Excellent service although I had a delivery. Food is really tasty. And app works really well so recommend to anyone.

Fish wasn’t crispy batter was quite soggy. Apart from that it was ok thank you

From ordering to receiving took 1hr which was 20 minuets late it shouldn't take that long

Delivery forecast of 5.50 p.m hopelessly optimistic, delivery effected 6.30 pm after delivery driver 'phoned to say no answer from my door (knocked 3 x times). However, driver then drove to my door to make delivery so don't know where he had been meantime. Food OK but not as hot/fresh as it should have been.

Arrived over an hour late, 2.5 hours after I ordered. When it did arrive food was cold, and the chips were just a congealed, cold, inedible mess. Straight in the bucket. I managed to eat the black pudding but the hamburger was also cold, greasy, and inedible, soI paid the whole amount for a lukewarm black pudding. I did not even get the courtesy of an apology. I will never spend money here again and advise others to avoid it! An utter disgrace
